She has 12 years of experience in equine-assisted experiential learning, helping people reconnect with their authentic selves and break free from limiting thought patterns. Horses reflect unconscious blockages and provide valuable feedback through their behavior, fostering personal growth.
She is also a trained mental coach, equine-assisted trauma educator, and burnout consultant.
is an ethnochoreologist, multidisciplinary artist and community arts practitioner in choreography and percussion. She is inspired by Indigenous World Dance and Music cultures and their expression of connection to ancestral spirit and the land and how this connection fosters a sense of place.
